Dr. CJ (Claudella) Koen (Th.D.) Co-founder and CEO of Dominate Your Destiny have worked in higher education as a Vice-President of a bible college and as a counselor at other institutions.   She has changed lives by, encouraging, and motivating people to further their education. Without her efforts, many people would not have been able to achieve their goals.  As CEO of a noted record label CJ Koen had firsthand knowledge of the dynamics of corporate cultures. While functioning as the CEO she helped many people pursue their passions and goals as recording artists. She also managed the daily operation of the business including marketing and promotions. Some of CJ Koen ecumenical accomplishments include serving on national church organization boards, Ecclesiastes Councils’ and a Dynamic Ministry. 

CJ Koen has been an inspirational and motivational speaker for twenty-five years. She is a life coach and teacher. Her seminars have attracted audiences from all backgrounds, genders, ages, demographics, and geographic locations. Some of Dr. CJ Koen teachings include Theology, Women Topics, Aids Awareness, and Positive Living.  Dr. CJ Koen has earned a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Theology. She advocates living without repression, overcoming and rising above emotional, mental, financial, religious, spiritual and guilt-ridden bondage.  CJ promotes, demonstrates, and teaches how to employ empowerment and independence.
